All players should:

1. Play within the Laws and rules of Rugby Union Football. 
2. Be a GOOD SPORT on and off the field. 
3. NEVER become involved in foul play. 
4. SHAKE HANDS with and thank the opposition players and officials after the match, WIN, LOSE or DRAW. 
5. RESPECT the referee’s decision and never question it. Leave any questions to your captain. 
6. NEVER use BAD LANGUAGE, NEVER CRITICISE or use physically ABUSIVE actions against opposition players, supporters or officials.
7. REMEMBER that winning should be striven for but only by using fair means. When the game is lost you must be GOOD SPORTS.
8. NEVER abuse your own teammates, coaches or supporters.

Work equally hard for yourself and your team – your team’s performance will benefit and so will you. Be a good sport at all times – applaud all good play, whether by your team or by your opponent. Co-operate with your coach, teammates, referees and opponents for without them you won’t have a game. 

Remember:

If you do become involved in illegal or any other unacceptable behaviour you may:

• Be removed from the field by the coach.
• Sin Binned.
• Sent off.
• Banned from taking part in a Tournament.
• Liable to further sanctions by the Club.

ကစားသမားများ စောင့်ထိန်းရမည့်စည်းမျည်းစည်းကမ်းများ

စည်းမျည်းစည်းကမ်းများ၏ အဓိကရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ ကစားသမားတစ်ဦးအနေဖြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရန်၊ ဖော်ရွေသော ပြိုင်ဆိုင်မှုမှတစ်ဆင့် ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပျော်ရွှင်မှုနှင့် ကျေနပ်မှုကို ရရှိနိုင်သည့် ပျော်ရွှင်ဖွယ် ဘေးကင်းသော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တစ်ခု ပေးဆောင်ရန်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သတိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

ကစားသမားများအနေဖြင့် Rugby Union Football အသင်းကြီးမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်ကမ်းချက်များအတွင်းတွင်သာ ပါဝင်ဆော့ကစားသင့်ပါသည်။

1. ကွင်းတွင်းရော အပြင်မှာပါ ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အားကစားတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါစေ။
2. ညစ်ညမ်းကစားခြင်းမပြုရပါ။
3. ပွဲအပြီးတွင် အတိုက်အခံကစားသမားများနှင့် တာဝန်ရှိသူများအား လက်ဆွဲနှုတ်ဆက်ကာ အနိုင်ရ၊ ရှုံးနိမ့် သို့မဟုတ် သရေကျပါ။
4. ဒိုင်လူကြီးတွေရဲ့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို လေးစားပြီး ဘယ်တော့မှ မေးခွန်းမထုတ်ပါနဲ့။ မိမိကပ္ပတိန်ထံသို့သာ မေးခွန်းများ မေးပေးပါ။
5. ဆဲရေးတိုင်းထွာခြင်းများမပြုရပါ၊
6. အတိုက်အခံကစားသမားများ၊ အားပေးသူများ သို့မဟုတ် တာဝန်ရှိသူများအပေါ် ရိုင်းစိုင်းသော အပြုအမူများကို ဘယ်သောအခါမှ မပြုမူရပါ၊
7. အောင်ပွဲသည် တရားမျှတသောနည်းလမ်းကို အသုံးပြု၍သာ ကြိုးပမ်းရမည်ဟု သတိရပါ။ ကစားပွဲတွင်ရှုံးနိမ့်ခဲ့ပါကလဲ GOOD SPORTS ဟုသာ မှတ်ယူပါ၊
8. မိမိအသင်းဖော်များ၊ နည်းပြများ သို့မဟုတ် အားပေးသူများကို ဘယ်တော့မှ အလွဲသုံးစားမလုပ်ရပါ၊
9. အသင်းသားများနှင့် မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်အတွက် ညီတူညီမျှ ကြိုးစားပြီး ရလာသော စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်သည် မိမိနှင့်မိမိအဖွဲ့သားများခံစားရမည့် အကျိုးဖြစ်သည်။

မိမိအဖွဲ့မှဖြစ်စေ ပြိုင်ဘက်မှဖြစ်စေ ကောင်းမွန်သောကစားနည်း ကစားကွက် အားလုံးကို ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ပြုပါ။

မိမိရဲ့ နည်းပြ၊ အသင်းဖော်များ၊ ဒိုင်လူကြီးများ၊ ပြိုင်ဘက်များ နှင့် စည်းလုံးမှုရှိပါ၊ သူတို့မပါလျှင်လဲ ပြည့်စုံသောကစားပွဲတစ်ခု မဖြစ်လာနိုင်ပါ၊

အကယ်၍ သင်သည် တရားမဝင်သော သို့မဟုတ် အခြားလက်မခံနိုင်သော အပြုအမူတစ်ခုခုတွင် ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်နေပါက သင်သည်-

• နည်းပြမှ ကွင်းထဲက ထုတ်ပယ်ပါမည်၊
• ကွင်းပြင်ဧရိယာတွင် အချိန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်တစ်ခုဖြင့်ထားပါမည်၊
• ပြန်လွှတ်ပါမည်၊
• ပြိုင်ပွဲတွင်ပါဝင်ခွင့်ပိတ်ပင်ပါမည်၊
• ကလပ်၏ နောက်ထပ် ဒဏ်ခတ်ပိတ်ဆို့မှုများ ချမှတ်ပါမည်၊
